    Workout Regimen: About four to five hours of cardio and two to three hours of resistance training every week.

  • Favorite Exercise: A nice walk in the park.
  • Hobbies: Gardening, listening to audio books, visiting with friends and of course, exercising.
  • Wellness Philosophy: As far as my philosophy on wellness, I try to find balance between those things that are important to me:  spirituality, family, friends and work.  When I’m good in these areas, I know I’m taking care of myself.
  • Guilty Pleasure: Milk chocolate with nuts.
  • Favorite Snack: Fruit.
  • To diet or not to diet? Not to Diet. I enjoy eating.  When I can resist eating the stuff I know I shouldn’t eat, I resist.  But, if I really want something, I go for it, but I try to watch my portions and stay consistent with my workouts.
  • What does being a “beautiful woman” mean to you? I find that a woman who is compassionate and whose personality and attitude are friendly and empathetic is infinitely more beautiful than a woman who only possess physical beauty.
  • Favorite Way to Recharge: A power nap and exercise.
  • Must-Have Wardrobe Staple: Right now that would be my black cotton jumpsuit.  I don’t have to iron it, and it’s always ready to go. I can wear it with or without a jacket or sweater, and it looks good with wedge heels and flip flops – perfect.
  • Inspiration: My father is the most perfect, imperfect person I know and my greatest inspiration.
  • Advice: The most important person in your life is the person who looks back at you in the mirror – live to make her happy.
